YMCA Member Discounts on the 2008 Tour of Gymnastics Superstars Welcome to the South Cobb YMCA Program Office Website
To address the need for expanded services, the YMCA opened a South Cobb YMCA office location two years ago. Now, with its program office located inside McCleskey-East Cobb Family YMCA, we hope to expand the scope of YMCA services in the South Cobb area even more. As a branch of the Metro Atlanta YMCA, the South Cobb YMCA is an association of volunteers and staff, open to and serving all, providing programs and services which develop spirit, mind and body.
Since the South Cobb YMCA does not have a facility, youth and adult programs are currently being offered at local churches, schools and area parks. There is a long range goal of building a full facility YMCA in the South Cobb area. If you are interested in supporting this project please call the South Cobb YMCA office to see how you can help.
The YMCA seeks to identify and involve those in need and offers financial assistance to those that qualify. Partners with Youth is a ongoing effort led by Y volunteers to raise tax-deductible contributions which are used to provide financial assistance for kids and families in need and to support subsidized Y programs. The fund makes it possible for kids to attend summer camp, take swim lessons, participate in a fitness program or play a season of soccer or basketball.
